Following shows in the North East and Romania and an acclaimed run at the 2008 Edinburgh Fringe, the immersive, intimate and funny Hand-me-Down comes to London’s Tristan Bates Theatre as Kate Craddock brings her one woman show to the capital for the first time.

Hand-me-Down unfolds stories from the everyday objects and unwanted clothing of the second hand shop, to ask what it means to be charitable in today’s world of instant gratification and must-have bags. Sweet yet sharp and intertwining fact with fiction, Hand-me-Down presents a series of extraordinary characters, connected by their abandoned possessions and a willingness to 'give'.
